Javier Aranguren, CEO of Focke Meler, received the Aster 2025 Award from ESIC Business & Marketing School last Friday, March 28, in recognition of his professional career.
For more than decades, the ESIC school has annually launched the call for one of the most outstanding awards in the business environment in Spain. The participants are people and entities that stand out for their work in the development of dynamic business environments that promote innovation and local development.
Meler is one of those companies that reflect this evolution and, at its head for two decades now, is Javier Aranguren, Managing Director of the company.

For decades, the ESIC school has annually launched the call for one of the most outstanding awards in the business environment in Spain. The participants are individuals and entities that stand out for their work in the development of dynamic business environments and that promote innovation and local development.
The awards, which have been held annually since 1982, have 8 categories: Business Career, Professional Career, Communication, Best Entrepreneurial Project, Marketing, Digital Innovation, Research, and Marketing and Values.

Career Achievement Recognition
The award is a milestone in the professional career of Javier Aranguren, who wanted to name the entire team of the company and appealed to generosity as a premise for being a good worker. “One must understand the profession as the contribution to make something bigger and better”, said Aranguren in his speech addressing, especially, to the recent graduates.
A recognition that Aranguren did not hesitate to share both with Knut Stichling, former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Focke Group, and with his family, but without forgetting all the workers who make up the company.
Congratulations, Javier!
